Effect of Qingre Lishi Jianpi Jiangtang Recipe Combined with Smeglutide in the Treatment of Overweight/Obesity Type 2 Diabetes and Its Effect on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Insulin Secretion
Objective:To explore the effect of Qingre Lishi Jianpi Jiangtang Recipe combined with Smeaglutide in the treatment of overweight/obese type 2 diabetes and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin secretion.Methods:We prospectively selected 80 overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients who were examined and treated in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2023,and divided them into control group(n=30),experimental group 1(n=25)and experimental group 2(n=25)by lot drawing.The control group received routine oral administration of metformin.In Experiment 1,treatment with smeglutide was added to the control group,while in Experiment 2,treatment with a combination of Qingre Lishi Jianpi Jiangtang Formula and smeglutide was added to the control group.Compare the levels of glucose metabolism,body mass index,lipid metabolism,insulin resistance related index,and incidence of adverse reactions among three groups of patients before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,2-hour postprandial blood sugar,fasting blood sugar,glycated haemoglobin(HbAlc)and body mass index(BMI)of the three patient groups decreased,and Joint group 2 was significantly lower than Joint group 1 and control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were reduced in three patient groups.Joint group 2 was significantly lower than Joint group 1 and control group,while high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)increases.Joint group 2 was significantly higher than Joint group 1 and control group(P＜0.05);After treatment,the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)of all three groups decreased,and Joint group 2 was significantly lower than Joint group 1 and control group,with pancreatic islands β Cellular Function Index(HOMA)-β)increased,Joint group 2 was significantly higher than Joint group 1 and control group(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three patient groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Lishi Jianpi Jiangtang Recipe combined with Smeglutide can reduce the blood sugar level,promote glucose metabolism,reduce body mass index,improve lipid metabolism in overweight/obese type 2 diabetes patients,and further improve the insulin resistance of patients,promote insulin secretion,with high safety.
