The Application Effect of Tianma Injection Combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets on Peripheral Vestibular Vertigo and the Impact on Semicircular Canal Function
Objective:To explore the application effect of Tianma Injection combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets on vestibular peripheral vertigo and its impact on semicircular canal function.Methods:180 patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into three groups:A,B,and C,with 60 cases in each group.The control group patients received routine treatment.Group B received additional treatment with Tianma Injection on the basis of routine treatment,while Group C received additional treatment with Tianma Injection combined with Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets on the basis of routine treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy of three groups of patients,including changes in Area during center of gravity movement(CA),Total length of center of gravity movement(PL),Paraplegia value of semicircular canal(CP),and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)before and after treatment β-Amyloid precursor protein(β-Amyloid precursor protein,β-The changes in blood indicators related to APP and microtubule associated protein(Tau)were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared among the three groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in Group C was higher than that in Group A and Group B,and Group B was higher than Group A(P＜0.05);After treatment,the levels of CP,CA,and PL in all three groups of patients decreased,and Group C was lower than Group A and Group B(P＜0.05);Serum levels of CGRP,β-APP and Tau were not different in the three groups(P＞0.05),while serum levels of CGRP,β-APP and Tau were decreased in the three groups,and group C was lower than groups B and A(P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups of patients(P＞0.05).Conclusion:In addition to conventional treatment,adding Tianma injection combined with strong Dingxuan tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with vestibular peripheral vertigo,improve vestibular and semicircular canal function,reduce brain injury,and have high safety.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
