Effect of Floating Needle Combined with Acupoint Massage on Cervical Mobility,Hemorheology and Infrared Thermal Imaging Temperature in Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy of Blood Stasis and Qi Stagnation Type
Objective:To explore the effect of floating needle combined with acupoint massage on cervical vertebra mobility, hemorheology and infrared thermal imaging temperature in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)of blood stasis and qi stagnation type.Methods:80 CSR patients admitted to the Jiangmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated with Jinan Univer-sity from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected, according to the random number table method, patients were divided into control group(40 cases, received acupoint massage on the basis of routine treatment)and study group(40 cases, received floating needle treat-ment on the basis of control group). The curative effect, scale score, hemorheology, infrared thermal imaging temperature difference and cervical vertebra mobility were compared between two groups. Results:The total clinical effective rate in study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 67.50%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, neck disability index(NDI)score, visual analogue pain score(VAS)score, plasma viscosity, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and the infrared thermal imaging tem-perature difference were lower than those in control group. The flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion and left and right rotation activity were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Floating needle combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of CSR patients with blood stasis and qi stagnation, which can reduce the degree of cervical pain, improve cervical dysfunction, cervical mobility, hemorheology and infrared thermal imaging temperature, and improve the clinical treatment effect.
