Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound Imaging Combined with Mammography,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 in the Evaluation of Breast Invasive Ductal Carcinoma
Objective:To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound imaging combined with mammography, epidermal growth factor(EGF)and its receptor(EGFR),and macrophage inhibitory cytokine-1(MIC-1)in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods:71 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma as the study group, and 71 patients with benign breast nodules as the control group. Both groups received color Doppler ultrasound imaging,mammography,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 detection. The differences of ultrasound features, mammography features,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 levels between the two groups were compared. The predictive model was constructed by unconditional Logistic regression to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound imaging combined with mammography,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 in the evaluation of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results:The proportion of ultrasonic features such as irregular low echo area, blurred boundary, burr and lobulation sign, microcalcification, rich blood flow signal, axillary lymph node enlargement and aspect ratio>1 in the study group was signifiicantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The proportion of mammography features such as irregular shape, blurred boundary, burr and lobulation sign, microcalcification, coarse vascular shadow, axillary lymph node enlargement and local dense infiltration in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)analysis showed that the ultrasound feature evaluation model, molybdenum target feature evaluation model,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 evaluation model had certain diagnostic value for breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined application model was significantly higher than that of each model alone(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound imaging combined with mammography,EGF/EGFR and MIC-1 has a high evaluation value for breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
