Comparison of Analgesic Effects of Bilateral Transverse Abdominis Plane Block and Lumbar Quadratus Muscle Block Combined with Intravenous Analgesia after Cesarean Section
Objective:Compare the effect of bilateral transverse plane block and quadratus block combined with intravenous anal-gesia,respectively.Methods:90 cases of cesarean section of 2022.1-2023.3 were selected, equally divided into three groups:control group, test group 1,test group 2,30 cases each. The control group had analgesia with sufentanil plus butorphanol;trial 1 plus a quadratus block;trial 2 plus a bilateral transverse ventris plane block.Comparing the three groups. Results:In the postoperative VAS scores of group 3,group 2 and 1 were lower than the control group, and group 2 was lower than group 1(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse analgesia in group 2 and 1 was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral transverse abdominal muscle block plus venous analgesia and venous analgesia has better analgesia and higher safety after cesarean section.Among them, bilateral transverse ventral muscle block can reduce pain, reduce the amount of analgesic medicine, and have higher safety.
