Effect of Pentoxifylline Injection Combined with Epalrestat in the Treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy and the Influence of Nerve Conduction Velocity
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with epalrestat, and the observation group was treated with pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat.Compare its related indicators. Results:Compared with the control group, the curative effect of observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment, the plasma vis-cosity,low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the sensory conduction velocity of median nerve, common peroneal nerve, anterior tibial nerve and ulnar nerve in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the expression of inflammatory fac-tors in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with pentoxiferin injection combined with epalrestat is effective, improving blood viscosity, nerve sensory conduction velocity and inflammation, with high safety.
