Expression of LAG-3 and FGL1 in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Their Relationship with Clinical and Pathological Characteristics of Patients
Objective:Analysis of the Expression Characteristics of Fibrinogen-like Protein 1(FGL1)and Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3(LAG-3)in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma(CSCC)and Their Relationship with Clinicopathological Features of Patients. Methods:To investigate the expression patterns and clinical significance of FGL1 and LAG-3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Thirty patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the ob-servation group, and 30 women with chronic cervicitis confirmed by cervical biopsy during the same period were selected as the control group.Relevant indicators were detected. Results:The bioinformatics analysis results showed that FGL1 was lowly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues, which was validated on cilinical tissues(P<0.05).LAG-3 was also lowly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues, and its expression level differed between patients with lymph node metastasis and those without.Conclusion:LAG-3 and FGL1 are abnormally expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues. The expression level of LAG-3 is closely related to lymph node metastasis in cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients, suggesting that LAG-3 and FGL1 have certain research value in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
