Analysis of Changes in Serum Antiphospholipid Antibodies,Homocysteine, and Apolipoprotein Levels and Prognostic Factors in Patients with Cerebral Infarction before and after Intravenous Thrombolysis with Ateplase
Objective:To explore the changes of serum antiphospholipid antibody(APA),homocysteine(Hcy),apolipoprotein(apo)-C3,apo-B and the influencing factors before and after intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral infarction.Meth-ods:80 patients with cerebral infarction treated from January 2021 to January 2023 compared the indicators and analyzed the prognostic factors. Results:The levels of Hcy,apoC3,and apo-B were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Patient Age and pre-thrombolysis Neurologic Defects Scale(Neurological Deficiency Scale,NIHSS)score, time from onset to thrombolysis, hypertension, diabetes, white matter lesions, cerebral atrophy, cerebral edema,APA positive rate,Hcy,apoC 3,and apo-B levels varied significantly(P<0.05);Age,pre-thrombolysis NIHSS score, combined cerebral edema,APA positive rate,Hcy,apoC3,and apo-B were independent prognostic fac-tors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Homocysteine and apolipoprotein were significantly changed before and after alteplase thrombolytic therapy, and age,NIHSS score before thrombolysis, combined cerebral edema,APA positive rate,Hcy,apoC 3 and apo-B were independent prog-nostic risk factors for cerebral infarction.
