昆仙胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动因子、骨代谢指标和Th17细胞的影响

目的:观察昆仙胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者疾病活动因子、骨代谢指标和辅助T(Th)17细胞的影响。方法:152例RA患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(甲氨蝶呤治疗,76例)、研究组(昆仙胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,76例)。对比两组临床疗效、疾病活动因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)]、骨代谢指标[骨保护素(OPG)、核因子κB受体活化剂配体(RANKL)]和Th17细胞[外周血Th17细胞比例、白细胞介素(IL)-22、IL-17],同时观察两组治疗安全性。结果:与对照组治疗后相比,研究组临床总有效率更高,CRP、RF、ESR、RANKL、Th17细胞比例、IL-17、IL-22下降幅度更大,OPG升高幅度更大(P<0。05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0。05)。结论:昆仙胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤治疗RA患者,可通过控制疾病活动因子、调节骨代谢指标和Th17细胞来提升治疗效果,且具有较好的安全性。
Effects of Kunxian Capsules Combined with Methotrexate on Disease Activity Factors,Bone Metabolism Indexes and Th17 Cells in Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients
Objective:To observe the effects of kunxian capsules combined with methotrexate on disease activity factors,bone metabolism indexes and helper T(Th)17 cells in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients.Methods:From 152 RA patients were divided into control group(methotrexate treatment,76 cases)and study group(Kunxian capsule combined with methotrexate treatment,76 cases)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,disease activity factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),rheumatoid factor(RF),erythro-cyte sedimentation rate(ESR)],bone metabolism indexes[osteoprotegerin(OPG),receptor activator of nuclear factor-KB ligand(RAN-KL)]and Th17 cells[peripheral blood Th17 cell ratio,interleukin(IL)-22,IL-17]were compared between two groups,and the safety in two groups was observed.Results:Compared with control group after treatment,the total effective rate in study group was higher,CRP,RF,ESR,RANKL,Th17 cell ratio,IL-17,IL-22 decreased more,OPG increased more(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kunxian capsules combined with methotrexate in the treatment of RA patients,which can improve the therapeutic effect by controlling disease activity factors,regulating bone metabolism indexes and Th17 cells,and has good safety.
