Study on the Application of Tiaodu Moxibustion Combined with Massage and Acupoint Therapy in Patients with Upper Limb Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaodu moxibustion combined with massage and acupoint therapy in patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:86 patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke were selected, the random two-color ball method was adopted, patients were divided into control group(n=43,conventional rehabilitation training inter-vention,massage and acupoint therapy)and treatment group(n=43,received Tiaodu moxibustion on the basis of control group). The degree of limb spasm, upper limb electromyography index, hand function recovery and upper limb motor function were compared between two groups.Results:2 months after treatment, the improvement effect of limb spasm grade in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).2 months after treatment, the H reflection maximum amplitude/M wave maximum amplitude(Hmax/Mmax)value and upper limb dysfunction rating scale(DASH)score in treatment group were lower than those in control group, and the maximum extension angle(MAE),range of motion of finger active joint(AROM),maximum flexion angle(MLE),upper limb part of Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale(FMA-UE)and functional comprehensive rating scale(FCA)scores were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Tiaodu moxibustion combined with massage and acupoint therapy is beneficial to improve limb function in patients with upper limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke.
