Effects of MOTOmed Training Combined with Awn Needle Oenetration Acupuncture on Cerebral Hemodynamics and Brain Neurotransmitters in Patients with Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia
Objective:To explore the effect of MOTOmed training combined with awn needle penetration acupuncture on cerebral hemodynamics and brain neurotransmitters in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods:115 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia were divided into control group(57 cases,MOTOmed training)and study group(58 cases,MOTOmed training combined with awn needle penetration acupuncture)by random number table method.Cerebral hemodynamics, brain neurotransmitters indexes[5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),dopamine(DA)]and muscle tension improvement were compared between two groups. Results:Compared with control group after treatment, the average blood flow velocity of the anterior, middle and posterior cere-bral arteries were higher, the NE level was lower, and the 5-HT and DA levels were higher(P<0.05).The improvement effect of muscle tension grading in study group was better than that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:MOTOmed training combined with awn needle penetration method in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, which can improve muscle tension, cerebral hemody-namics and brain neurotransmitters.
