Effects of Jixuoside Tablets Combined with Lattice CO2 Laser on the Psychological State,Inflammatory Factors,and Serum VEGF and EGF of Patients with Scar Tissue
Objective:To observe the effects of Jixuoside tablets combined with lattice CO2 laser on the psychological state,inflammatory factors,serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)of patients with scar tissue.Methods:A total of 118 patients with scar tissue were randomly divided into observation group(n=59)and control group(n=59)by random number generated by computer.The control group received treatment with jixuoside tablets,while the observation group received a combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO2 laser.Compare the clinical efficacy,relevant scale scores,scar condition(width,length,hardness),psychological status,inflammatory factors,VEGF,EGF.Results:After treatment,the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS),Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,scar width,length and hardness decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),VEGF and EGF decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group.Serum γ-interferon(TFN-γ)increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of jixuoside tablets and dot matrix CO2 laser therapy may improve alleviate anxiety and depression in patients with scar tissue by inhibiting the activity of inflammatory factors and regulating serum VEGF and EGF levels.The effect is good.
