Effects of Different Doses of Tibolone Combined with Calcium Amino Acid Chelate on Bone Fracture Prevention,Serum Bone Metabolism Indexes and Adipokines in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of Tibolone combined with calcium amino acid chelate on bone fracture prevention, serum bone metabolism indexes and adipokines in postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods:96 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis selected 2020.1-2023.1 to our hospital, divided into group A,B and C,with 32 cases each. All three groups were treated for 6 months, and relevant indicators were compared. Results:There was no difference in the three groups during follow-up(P>0.05).After treatment, bone density and serum CRTP 3 levels increased in the fracture group and the non-fracture group, while bone metabolism decreased, and the range of change in the non-fracture group was higher than that in the fracture group(P<0.05).After the three groups, bone density level and serum CRTP 3 increased, bone metabolism index decreased, and the range of change in group B and C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),but there was no difference between groups B and C(P>0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions group A<B<C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low dose tibolone combined with calcium amino acid chelate has better fracture prevention in postmenopausal osteoporosis patients, and the application is safe.
