Effect of Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined with Xiaopi Daozhi Pills on Anxiety,Depression Scores,and Serum Gastrointestinal Hormone Levels in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia with Anxiety and Depression
Objective:To observe the effect of tiaoshen acupuncture combined with xiaopi daozhi pills on anxiety,depression scores and serum gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)complicated with anxiety and depression.Methods:138 FD patients with anxiety and depression were divided into control group(69 cases,routine treatment and xiaopi daozhi pill treatment)and observation group(69 cases,tiaoshen acupuncture treatment of regulating spirit method on the basis of control group)by random number table method.The total clinical effective rate,traditional chinese medicine syndrome points,anxiety score,depression score and serum gastrointestinal hormone level were compared between two groups.Results:Compared with the control group's 84.06％total clinical effective rate,the observation group's 95.65％total clinical effective rate was higher(P＜0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms,total score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,somatostatin level and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and serum gastrin and motilin were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of tiaoshen acupuncture combined with xiaopi daozhi pill has good therapeutic effect on FD with anxiety and depression,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the anxiety and depression degree,improve gastrointestinal hormones levels.
