Efficacy Evaluation of Chanfuan Capsule Combined with Cefuroxime Axetil and Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Lochia
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Chanfuan capsule combined with cefuroxime axetil and oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods:108 patients with postpartum lochia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefuroxime axetil combined with oxytocin for symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chanfu'an capsule on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the time of disappearance of uterine tenderness,disappearance of lumbar and abdominal heavy fall,hemostasis and end of lochia,hemorheological indexes,serum sex hormones levels before and post-treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was counted.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.59%higher than that 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of uterine tenderness,disappearance of lumbar and abdominal heavy fall,hemostasis and end of lochia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity,hole blood low tangential viscosity,progesterone(P)and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)in the two groups decreased post-treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant,while the level of estradiol(E2)increased,and the increase in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(5.56%vs 3.70%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chanfuan capsule with cefuroxime axetil and oxytocin can improve clinical symptoms,shorten the duration of lochia,improve hemorheology and serum sex hormone levels in the treatment of postpartum lochia patients,with accurate efficacy and high safety.
