Diagnostic Value of Real-time Shear Wave Elastography in Rheumatoid Arthritis Synovitis at Different Periods
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of real-time shear wave elastography in rheumatoid arthritis synovitis at different periods.Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis with knee synovitis were retrospectively selected, and 60 patients were classified as acute phase(2.6 points)and remission phase(<2.6 points)according to DAS 28 group, and relevant indicators were analyzed. Results:The mean elastic modulus and mean velocity values were lower in patients with acute rheumatoid arthritis synovitis and higher synovial thickness than those in remission,P<0.05.Spearman Correlation analysis showed that the mean elastic modulus, mean velocity and synovial thickness were associated with DAS 28 score in patients with rheumatoid joint synovitis(P<0.05).The mean elastic modulus, mean velocity and synovial thickness were different in the diagnostic AUC in the acute and remission periods of RA synovitis, with P<0.05.Conclusions:Real-time shear wave elastography can be used in the differential diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis synovitis in acute stage and remission stage, and which has a high correlation with DAS28 score.
