Clinical Study on Lower Limb Robot Assisted Gait Training Combined with Extracorporeal Shock Wave Acupoint Treatment for Elderly Knee Osteoarthritis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of lower limb robot assisted gait training combined with extracorporeal shock wave acupoint treatment for elderly knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty-two elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to 2022.5-2024.5 were selected for the observation group and the matched group, with 31 cases each. The matched group used extracorpo-real shock wave acupoint treatment, and the observation group used lower limb robot-assisted gait training for joint external shock wave acupoint treatment to compare relevant indicators. Results:The total response rate was higher than the matched group(P<0.05);after treatment,AROM and PROM were higher than the matched group and higher than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,LKSS score and 6 m pace were higher than the matched group,LKSS score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and 6 m step after treat-ment was higher than before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment, the daily living ability of the observation group was better than the matched group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lower limb robot assisted gait training consortium external shock wave acupoints in the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis, which can improve the range of knee motion, improve knee function and walking function, and then im-prove the ability of daily living.
