目的:比较年轻恒牙牙髓切断术中应用iROOT BP PLUS与Theracal LC的治疗效果.方法:研究对象为2021.2-2024.3我院收治的需进行牙髓切断术患儿80例.根据术中应用不同盖髓剂材料将其分为两组,iROOT组与Theracal组均40例,比较两组相关指标.结果:治疗后 1、3、6、12个月,两组成功率比较无差异(P＞0.05);治疗后 1、3个月,两组患儿VAS均降低,与iROOT组比,Theracal组更低(P＜0.05);两组患儿牙根吸收程度、治疗后6、12个月VAS评分比较无差异均(P＞0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P＞0.05).结论:年轻恒牙牙髓切断术中采用iROOT BP PLUS与Theracal LC成功率均较高,且安全性相当,但Theracal LC对于减轻患儿早期疼痛方面效果更好.
Comparative Study of iROOT BP PLUS and Theracal LC in Pulpotomy in Young Permanent Teeth
Objective:T Comparison of the therapeutic efficacy of applying iROOT BP PLUS versus Theracal LC in pulpotomy in young permanent teeth.Methods:The study subjects were 80 children admitted to our hospital who needed pultomy.They were divided into two groups according to the intraoperative application of different pulp capping agent materials,with 40 cases in both iROOT group and Theracal group,and compared the relevant indicators in the two groups.Results:At 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment,0(P＞0.05);at 1 and 3 months after treatment,VAS was lower than iROOT(P＜0.05);no difference in the root resorption and VAS scores at 6 and 12 months after treatment(P＞0.05);no difference in adverse effects in the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Both iROOT BP PLUS and Theracal LC have higher success rates in pulpotomies in young permanent teeth,promote the formation of dentin calcification bridge,and have comparable safety,but Theracal LC is more effective in relieving early pain in children.
