铸造支架式弹性义齿联合正畸治疗在修复牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形中的效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨铸造支架式弹性义齿联合正畸治疗在修复牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形中的效果.方法:于2022.7-2023.6选取100例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者,分为对照组(n=51)、观察组(n=49).对照组接受铸造支架式弹性义齿修复治疗,观察组在正畸治疗6个月后行铸造支架式弹性义齿修复治疗.比较两组相关指标.结果:观察组治疗6个月后临床总有效率比对照组高(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗后各项生活质量评分比对照组更高(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗6个月后各项牙菌斑附着指数、软垢指数、牙周袋深度比对照组低(P＜0.05);观察组患者治疗6个月后各项龈沟液炎性因子水平比对照组低(P＜0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应总发生率比对照组更低(P＜0.05).结论:铸造支架式弹性义齿联合正畸治疗可促进牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者牙齿功能恢复,修复牙列,积极纠正牙齿畸形,改善口腔卫生状况,抑制炎症反应,减少不良反应发生,疗效显著,整体方案可行.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of casting frame elastic denture combined with orthodontic treatment in the repair of dentition defect accompanied by dental deformities.Methods:In 2022.7-2023.6,100 patients with dentition defects and jaw deformity were selected and divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=49).The control group received cast stent elastic denture repair,and the observation group underwent cast stent elastic denture repair after 6 months of orthodontic treatment.Compare the two groups of relevant indicators.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group after 6 months of treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the plaque attachment index,soft scale index and periodontal pocket depth in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Casting frame elastic denture combined with orthodontic treatment can promote the recovery of dental function,repair dentition,actively correct dental deformity,improve oral health,inhibit inflammation and reduce adverse reactions,and the overall program is feasible.
