Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Removal Surgery for the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst and the Analysis of the Influence Factors of Postoperative Rehabilitation
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for the treatment of ovarian cysts and the influenc-ing factors of postoperative rehabilitation. Methods:A total of 200 patients with ovarian cysts admitted in our hospital from 2019.1-2023.12 were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases each. The patients in the control group underwent open ovarian cyst stripping, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping to detect relevant indicators;accord-ing to the hospital time of the patients in the observation group, they were divided into normal rehabilitation group and delayed rehabilita-tion group, and the influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation were analyzed. Results:Compared with the control group, the peri-operative index improved in the observation group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher serum AMH,FSH,and E2 levels at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05);There was no difference between OV and Fo between the two groups(P>0.05);Age,incision ultrasound therapy, lower extremity pressure intervention, and early postoperative ambulation were all independent influ-encing factors for postoperative rehabilitation after laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in patients with ovarian cysts(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal has advantages in postoperative rehabilitation for ovarian cyst, and has little effect on the ovarian reserve function of patients, postoperative rehabilitation is affected by age, incision ultrasound therapy, lower extremity pressure interven-tion and early postoperative ambulation activity.
