Evaluation Value of Serum PRL,PAI-1 and NT-pro BNP Combined with Tei Index for Perinatal Cardiomyopathy
Objective:To investigate the value of serum prolactin(PRL),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)combined with Tei index in the evaluation of perinatal cardiomyopathy(PPCM).Methods:62 PPCM patients(PPCM group)and 35 healthy perinatal women(healthy control group)who underwent physical examination in our hos-pital were selected. The levels of serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP and Tei index were compared between two groups. The clinical data in two groups were collected, the influencing factors of PPCM were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression, the predictive value of serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP,Tei index alone and combined detection on PPCM was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results:The levels of serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP,Tei index and the proportion of ST-T abnormality in PPCM group were higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).Elevated serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP levels, increased Tei index, and abnormal ST-T are risk factors for PPCM.The area under the curve(AUC)of serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP,Tei index alone and com-bined detection in predicting PPCM were 0.661,0.679,0.714,0.705 and 0.882 respectively, the predictive efficacy of combined detec-tion was higher than that of each index alone. Conclusion:The levels of serum PRL,PAI-1,NT-pro BNP and Tei index are increase in PPCM patients, which are risk factors for PPCM,the combined detection has a high predictive value for the occurrence of PPCM.
