Expression of miR-574-5p in Peripheral Venous Blood and Serum Fibulin-3 in Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and Their Correlation with Intraluminal Thrombus Thickness and Postoperative Complications
Objective:To investigate the expression of peripheral venous blood miR-574-5p and serum Fibulin-3 in abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)and its correlation with intracavitary thrombus thickness and postoperative complications.Methods:112 AAA patients and 40 healthy controls were selected to compare the relevant indicators and analyze the influencing factors and diagnostic value. Results:The expression levels of miR-574-5p and Fibulin-3 were higher than in healthy controls(P<0.001).Multivariate Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that high expression level of miR-574-5p was an independent risk factor for increased lumen thrombus thickness in patients, and low Fibulin-3 expression was an independent risk factor for increased complications in patients(P<0.05).ROC curve analy-sis showed that the AUC of miR-574-5p in the diagnosis of AAA was 0.841,cut-off value of 1.826,specificity of 73.5%,sensitivity of 89.0%;Fibulin-3 had AUC of 0.93 in predicting postoperative complications of AAA patients 0.33,cut-off value of 3.244,specificity of 85.6%,and sensitivity of 92.3%.Conclusion:The expression levels of miR-574-5p and Fibulin-3 were significantly increased in AAA patients, and miR-574-5p was significantly correlated with intracavitary thrombus thickness, and Fibulin-3 was significantly correlated with postoperative complications.miR-574-5p and Fibulin-3 can be used as potential biomarkers for AAA,providing new ideas for its diagnosis and prognosis.
