Effects of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction Combined with Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrazine Tablets on Oxidative Stress,Intestinal Flora and Neurotrophic Factors in Patients with Parkinson's Disease
objective:To explore the effects of chaihu plus longgu muli decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hy-drazine tablets on oxidative stress, intestinal flora and neurotrophic factors in patients with parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:148 pa-tients with PD were divided into control group(n=74,treated with levodopa and benserazide tablets)and study group(n=74,treated with chaihu plus longgu muli decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrazine tablets)according to the method of randomized numerical table. The oxidative stress indexes[catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],intestinal flora and neurotrophic factors[nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),glial-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)]levels were compared between two groups. Results:Serum BDNF,CAT,NGF,GSH-Px,GDNF,the relative abundance of Alphapro-teobacteria,Campylobac-terales,Enterobacter and Bacteroides eggerthii in study group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:Chaihu plus longgu muli decoction combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrazine tablets in the treatment of PD patients, which can reduce oxidative stress injury, and regulate the levels of intestinal flora and neurotrophic factors.
