噬菌体在重症医学科中的应用与前景展望

摘要
目前重症医学科超级细菌产生逐年增加,给院内感染防控和公共卫生带来许多新挑战.噬菌体是一种能特异性感染并裂解细菌的病毒,为重症多重耐药菌感染的治疗带来新希望.总结了利用噬菌体进行院内环境消杀与监控、治疗重症感染的案例,并分析了在重症医学科中应用噬菌体的问题与可能对策,为噬菌体在重症医学科中的应用研究提供新思路.
Abstract
At present,the production of superbugs in intensive care medicine is increasing annually,creating new challenges for the treatment of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the prevention and control of hospital-acquired infections.This article summarizes the treatment cases of multidrug-resistant bacteria and the prevention and control of nosocomial infections by bacteriophages,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment and prevention of multidrug-resistant bacteria.
