二氢槲皮素(dihydroquercetin,DHQ),又名花旗松素,是一种天然二氢黄酮类化合物,因其具有高效抗氧化活性而受到密切关注,被广泛应用于医药、食品和保健品等领域.DHQ的传统生产方式是从植物组织中提取,但受制于原材料来源、生产工艺等因素,传统方法在制备DHQ上面临挑战.而以生物合成法为代表的新生产方式将是解决这一问题的关键.有鉴于此,全面总结了 DHQ的主要生物合成途径,综述了近年来有关DHQ生物合成研究进展,以期为DHQ的应用开发以及其他类似天然产物的生物合成提供参考.
Advances in Biosynthesis of Dihydroquercetin
Dihydroquercetin(DHQ),also known as taxifolin,is a natural dihydroflavonoid,which has attracted considerable attention due to its high antioxidant activity and great market potential.It has been widely used in medicine,food and health products.Recently,the in-depth study of DHQ has greatly broadened its application and its development prospects.DHQ is traditionally derived from plant tissues.However,the source of raw materials and the production process pose serious challenges to traditional production methods,and new production methods represented by biosynthesis will be key to solving this problem.To this end,the review summarizes the main approaches for the preparation of DHQ,the main research results of DHQ biosynthesis and the latest progress in its biological activities such as antioxidant,organ protective,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,and antiviral activities in recent years,in order to provide an important reference for the application and development of DHQ.
