Protective Effect of Flax Oil on Blood Lipid Metabolism in Hyperlipidemia Model Mice
Objective:To study the protective effect of flax oil on high-fat model mice.Methods:30 Kunming mice are randomly divided into a blank group,a high-fat model group, and a flax oil group, with 10 mice in each group.A high-fat model mouse is constructed by feeding mice with a high-fat diet, and the flax oil group is given flax oil for intervention;on the 30th day, blood samples and liver and kidney organs are collected to detect blood glucose, lipid indicators, antioxidant enzymes, and liver function enzyme levels, and liver and kidney indices. Results:The flax oil treatment can improve the abnormal blood glucose and lipid metabolism induced by high-fat diet, and reduce tissue oxidative damage induced by high-fat diet. Conclusion:Flax oil has good lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic effects.
