Effect of Anchang Antidiarrheal Prescription Combined with Acupuncture on Inflammatory Factors in Rats with Diarrheal Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Ojective:To analyze the effect of Anchang Antidiarrheal Prescription combined with acupuncture on inflammatory factors in rats with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods:Fifty SPF SD rats(2 weeks old)are divided into healthy group(no modeling, daily gavage of normal saline),model group(no other intervention after successful modeling, daily gavage of normal saline),prescription group(after successful modeling,Anchang Antidiarrhea Prescription is given),acupuncture group(after successful modeling, acupuncture intervention is given at Zusanli,Guanyuan and Neiguan points),and combined group(intervention methods of combined prescription group and acupuncture group),the intervention period is 14 days. The contents of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)are compared between groups before and after modeling(14 d),before and after intervention(14 d).Results:After modeling, the contents of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in IBS-D rats in model group are higher than those in healthy group, and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison shows that the contents of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α of IBS-D rats in prescription group, acupuncture group and combined group are lower after intervention than before intervention, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Post-intervention comparisons between groups, the contents of TNF-α in combination group and acupuncture group, and IL-6 and TNF-α in acupuncture group and prescription group have no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the contents of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in other groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of Anchang Antidiarrheal Prescription combined with acupuncture in the intervention of IBS-D is better than that of single intervention, and can obviously control the inflammation in vivo.
