摘要

目的:建立超高效液相色谱特征图谱方法,对莪术、郁金及近缘品种进行鉴别.方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,Luna Omega C18 色谱柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.6 μm),流速 0.30 mL/min,检测波长 230 nm,柱温 35℃.结果:建立了超高效液相色谱特征图谱方法,共识别出 6 个特征峰,可根据特征峰的多少及相对峰面积的大小对各品种进行鉴别.结论:建立的UPLC特征图谱方法特征性强,稳定性及重复性好,为莪术、郁金及近缘品种的鉴别及质量控制提供了科学便捷的方法和依据.

Abstract

Objective:To establish the UPLC specific chromatogram and a method of UPLC specific chromatogram is developed to identify Curcuma zedoaria,Curcuma aromatica and related varieties.Methods:Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with acetonitrile 0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase for gradient elution,Luna Omega C18 column(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.6 μm)is used,the flow rate of 0.30 mL/min,detection wavelength of 230 nm,column temperature of 35℃.Results:A total of 6 characteristic peaks are detected by the established UPLC specific chromatogram,and each variety is identified according to the number of characteristic peaks and the relative peak area of characteristic peaks.Conclusion:The established UPLC feature map method has strong characteristics,good stability and repeatability,providing a scientific and convenient method and basis for the identification and quality control of Curcuma zedoaria,Curcuma aromatica and related varieties.
