Objective:To construct a functional polyacetylene vesicle colorimetric method for the detection of type I collagen. Methods:Functionalized polyacetylene vesicles(PDA-PDO vesicles)are prepared using 10,12-25-carbodiyne-1-ol(PCDO)and 10,12-25-carbodiyne-1-ol(PCDA)as raw materials according to different molar ratios(10∶0,7∶3,6∶4).The sensitivity,morphology-color change relationship, specificity, and stability of the functionalized PDA-PDO vesicles for detecting type I collagen are investigated. Results:The PDA-PDO vesicles prepared with a PCDA to PCDO molar ratio of 7 to 3 shows the best detection performance, with a detection limit of 3.88 ng/mL.The more obvious the color change of PDA-PDO vesicles, the more severe the surface collapse. At the same time, this biosensor has good specificity and stability. Conclusion:This biosensor provides a pathway for visual detection of type I collagen.
