目的:分析白藜芦醇联用电针干预骨骼肌钝性损伤对血清炎症因子表达的影响.方法:40 只SPF级新西兰大耳白兔随机分为健康组(非造模白兔,不予任何干预措施)、模型组(骨骼肌钝性损伤白兔模型,不予任何干预措施)、条件对照组(骨骼肌钝性损伤白兔模型,予以电针干预)和实验组(骨骼肌钝性损伤白兔模型,予以白藜芦醇联用电针干预).比较各组白兔静脉血造模前后或干预前后主要血清炎症因子(IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α)含量的统计学差异.结果:造模后组间比较,模型组血清炎症因子含量均高于健康组(P<0.05);干预后组间比较,模型组、条件对照组、实验组白兔血清炎症因子含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均有实验组<条件对照组<模型组.结论:电针干预骨骼肌钝性损伤疾病基础上,联用白藜芦醇能更好地改善原发疾病炎症状态.
Objective:To analyze the effect of resveratrol combined with electroacupuncture on the expression of serum inflammatory factors after skeletal muscle blunt injury.Methods:Forty SPF New Zealand large eared white rabbits are randomly divided into healthy group(non-molded white rabbits,no intervention),model group(white rabbit model of skeletal muscle blunt injury without any intervention),condition control group(white rabbit model with blunt skeletal muscle injury,electroacupuncture intervention),experimental group(white rabbit model of skeletal muscle blunt injury,resveratrol combined with electroacupuncture intervention).The contents of major serum inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α)are compared before and after venous blood modeling or intervention.Results:Comparison between groups after molding,the contents of serum inflammatory factors in model group are higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05).After intervention,the contents of serum inflammatory factors in model group,conditional control group and experimental group are significantly different(P<0.05),and all the serum inflammatory factors contents are in experimental group<conditional control group<model group.Conclusion:On the basis of electroacupuncture intervention in skeletal muscle blunt injury diseases,combined with resveratrol can better improve the inflammatory state of the primary disease.
