目的:探究红花三七骨碎补胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为其推广使用提供理论依据.方法:给予小鼠不同剂量的红花三七骨碎补胶囊(0.167 g/kg bw、0.333 g/kg bw、1.000 g/kg bw),连续灌胃30 d,比较4组小鼠(对照组和低、中、高剂量组)体质量、脾脏指数、胸腺指数、溶血空斑、NK细胞活性.结果:低剂量组动物第 3 周体质量、高剂量组动物第 2 周、第 3 周及试验末体质量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,各剂量组小鼠溶血空斑、NK细胞活性显著增大(P＜0.05).结论:红花三七骨碎补胶囊干预后的雌性昆明小鼠的溶血空斑和NK细胞活性在正常水平内有所增强,说明红花三七骨碎补胶囊有助于强化小鼠免疫功能.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Honghua Sanqi Guzhi supplement capsule on the immune function of mice and provide theoretical basis for its promotion and use.Methods:Mice are given different doses of Honghua Sanqi Guzhi supplement capsule(0.167 g/kg bw,0.333 g/kg bw,1.000 g/kg bw)by gavage for 30 days.The body weight,spleen index,thymic index,hemolytic plaque,and NK cell activity of four groups of mice(control group and low,medium,and high dose groups)are compared.Results:The body weight of the low-dose group animals at week 3,the body weight of the high-dose group animals at week 2,week 3,and the end of the experiment are all higher than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05);compared with the control group,the hemolytic plaque and NK cell activity of mice in each dose group are significantly increased(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The hemolysis plaque and NK cell activity of female Kunming mice after the intervention of Honghua Sanqi Guzhi supplement capsule are enhanced within the normal level,indicating that Honghua Sanqi Guzhi supplement capsule can help strengthen the immune function of mice.
