玫瑰果油神经酰胺(NP)的合成方法及其用途研究

摘要
以天然来源的玫瑰果油作为原料,合成复合的神经酰胺.通过HaCat细胞MMP-1 表达量实验、B16 细胞黑色素含量实验和DPPH自由基清除实验对玫瑰果油神经酰胺(NP)进行功效评价.实验结果表明,玫瑰果油神经酰胺(NP)具备抗衰老、抗氧化、美白的功效,未来在化妆品领域将有更广泛的应用前景.
Abstract
A complex ceramide is synthesized from natural rosehip oil.HaCat cell MMP-1 expression,B16 cell melanin concentration and DPPH free radical scavenging are used to assess the efficacy of rose oil ceramide(NP).The findings of the experiments demonstrate that rosehip oil ceramide(NP)has anti-aging,anti-oxidation,and whitening properties,and it will have a larger application prospect in the field of cosmetics in the future.
