In order to strengthen the management of major hazards in petrochemical enterprises,it is necessary to clarify the problems existing in the management of major hazards in petrochemical enterprises.This paper analyzes the practical management process of major hazards,including objectives,modes,system requirements,management processes,management elements,etc.,and gives optimization strategies for the management process of major hazards,such as improving safety awareness and strengthening the main responsibility,establishing and improving the safety management system and implementing the management system,increasing safety investment and focusing on personnel training,carrying out safety risk assessment and improving emergency rescue capabilities.
