摘要
随着社会发展,高校教学科研进入多样化发展时代,高校实验室安全尤其是危化品的安全管理变得尤为重要.本文对高校实验室危化品管理的特点、存在问题以及全生命周期管理模式进行了探究,通过加强对危化品的采购、储运、使用、危废处理等环节的把控,有效帮助高校实验室对危化品进行安全、高效、合法合规的管理.
Abstract
With the development of society,university teaching and research has entered the era of diversified development,university laboratory safety,especially the safe management of hazardous chemicals,has become particularly important.This paper explores the characteristics,existing problems and whole-life cycle management mode of hazardous chemicals management in university laboratories,and effectively helps university laboratories to carry out safe,efficient,legal and compliant management of hazardous chemicals by strengthening the control of procurement,storage,transportation,use and hazardous waste treatment of hazardous chemicals.
