摘要
近年来,随着政策的导向及技术的不断进步,以生物制品为代表的新兴产业进入蓬勃发展的快车道,生物制品安全性受到了人们的广泛关注.内毒素是一种存在于革兰氏阴性菌细菌细胞壁内的有害物质,生物制品在制备过程中很容易受其污染,造成安全隐患,因此已成为各类生物制品安全评估的重要指标.内毒素去除工艺是生物制品质量保障的重要基石,已得到了广泛研究,不同类型的方法也均取得了一定的成果和应用.本文概述了内毒素的去除及检测方法,以供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,with the guidance of policies and the continuous progress of technology,emerging industries represented by biological products have entered the fast lane of vigorous development,and the safety of biological products has received widespread attention.Endotoxins are harmful substances present in the cell walls of Gram negative bacteria,and biological products are easily contaminated during the preparation process,causing safety hazards.Therefore,they have become an important indicator for the safety assessment of various biological products.The endotoxin removal process is an important cornerstone of the quality assurance of biological products and has been widely studied.Different types of methods have also achieved certain results and applications.This article provides an overview of the methods for removing and detecting endotoxins for reference.
