Plant polysaccharides are a class of complex,green,and non-toxic natural macromolecular compounds composed of various monosaccharides,which have been applied in the clinical treatment of diseases such as hypertension and hyperglycemia.In recent years,the application of plant polysaccharides in tumor treatment has received widespread attention from domestic and foreign scholars,and their scope of action is constantly expanding.This article reviews the direct anti-tumor effects of plant polysaccharides and their anti-tumor effects by regulating immune cells,based on relevant literature on plant polysaccharides.The aim is to provide theoretical references for further research and development of plant polysaccharides in anti-tumor fields.
