蛹虫草对帕金森病干预机制的研究进展

摘要
帕金森病(PD)是以中老年人群神经系统退行性病变为主的一种发病率极高的疾病.蛹虫草是东南亚传统的食药两用真菌,本文系统总结了蛹虫草在PD中神经保护作用的最新进展,重点归纳了其在多巴胺调节、抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化、抗炎、抗内质网应激和调节线粒体功能障碍方面的分子机制.强调了蛹虫草对PD治疗作用,以期为深入研究安全有效的天然PD替代药物提供参考.
Abstract
Parkinson's Disease(PD)is a highly prevalent neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people.Cordyceps militaris is a traditional edible and medicinal fungus in Southeast Asia.This review systematically summarizes the recent advances in the neuroprotective effects of Cordyceps militaris in PD,focusing on its molecular mechanisms in dopamine regulation,anti-apoptosis,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-endoplasmic reticulum stress and regulating mitochondrial dysfunction.This article emphasizes the therapeutic effect of Cordyceps militaris on PD,to provide a reference for further research on safe and effective natural alternatives for PD.
