摘要
本文综述了大动物皮层神经元在体成像研究的最新进展.大动物皮层神经元是理解大脑功能的关键组成部分,因此对其进行体内成像具有重要意义.本文重点介绍了近年来涌现的新兴技术,包括磁共振成像(MRI)、电生理方法和光学成像.这些新技术提高了神经元成像的分辨率和深度,还能够实时跟踪神经元活动.此外,本文讨论了这些技术在大动物皮层神经元研究中的应用,并分析了未来的发展趋势,旨在为大动物皮层神经元在体成像领域的研究提供一个全面的概述,为相关科研人员提供参考和指导.
Abstract
This article presents a comprehensive overview of recent advancements in in vivo imaging of cortical neurons in large animals.The study of large animal cortical neurons is crucial for understanding brain function,thus making the in vivo imaging of these neurons of great significance.The focus of this article is on emerging techniques such as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),electrophysiological methods,and optical imaging,which have surfaced in recent years.These innovative techniques have improved the resolution and depth of neuronal imaging,allowing for real-time tracking of neuronal activity.Additionally,the applications of these techniques in studying large animal cortical neurons are discussed,along with an analysis of future trends in their development,which aims to provide researchers in this field with a comprehensive overview of in vivo imaging of large animal cortical neurons,serving as a valuable reference and guide.
