摘要
制药工业中的隔离操作技术存在洁净性、安全性两大应用特征,能够有效解决生产过程中的诸多问题.以隔离操作技术为基础的"隔离化",已经成为制药工业发展必然趋势之一.本文基于隔离操作技术应用优势,分析隔离操作技术与制药机械间的关键点,以活性药成分制药机械、生物及中药制剂机械两个研究方向为核心,描述隔离操作技术在制药机械上的实践应用情况.
Abstract
Isolation operation technology in the pharmaceutical industry has two major application characteristics:cleanliness and safety,which can effectively solve many problems in the production process.Isolation based on isolation operation technology has become one of the inevitable trends in the development of the pharmaceutical industry.Based on the application advantages of isolation operation technology,this study analyzes the key points between isolation operation technology and pharmaceutical machinery,with two research directions of active pharmaceutical ingredient pharmaceutical machinery and biology and traditional Chinese medicine formulation machinery as the core,and describes the practical application of isolation operation technology in pharmaceutical machinery.
