摘要

基于工程教育专业认证背景,以培养高质量轻工类专业人才为目标,结合湖南工程学院轻化工程专业特色,探索有机化学专业教学改革和人才培养方式.提出加强思政育人,落实立德树人;紧密对接人才培养目标,优化教学大纲;丰富教学手段,提升教学效果;突出实验教学,培养动手能力等改革建议,以提升课程教学效果和人才培养质量,服务现代轻纺产业.

Abstract

Based on the background of engineering education certification and with the goal of cultivating high-quality light industry professionals,this paper intend to combine the characteristics of Hunan Institute of Engineering's light chemical engineering major,and explore teaching reform and talent cultivation methods for Organic Chemistry.It is proposed to strengthen ideological and political education,implement the moral cultivation of people;closely connect with the goal of talent training,optimize the teaching syllabus;enrich teaching methods,improve the teaching effect;highlight experimental teaching,cultivate practical ability and other reform suggestions,so as to improve course teaching effectiveness and talent cultivation quality,which would serve the modern light textile industry.
