As a drug delivery vehicle,liposomes have a unique microsphere structure,good biocompatibility and wide applicability to drugs,and are widely used in anti-tumor drug carriers.However,there are problems in the treatment of tumors,such as aggressiveness,destructiveness and surgical difficulty,so how to optimize liposomes to have better targeting effect and improve anti-tumor efficacy is still the focus of current research.Based on the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad in recent years,this article reviews the characteristics and advantages of passive,active,and physicochemically targeted liposomes,and summarizes the applications of liposomes in the fields of breast cancer,lung cancer,and glioma,in order to provide a reference for further research on liposome drug delivery systems and a theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
