At present,human papilloma virus(HPV)infection remains a common sexually transmitted disease worldwide,posing a significant threat to women's health.Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women,and its main cause is the persistent infection of high-risk HPV.In recent years,with the deepening of research on cervical cancer,research on HPV infection in women in China has become increasingly important.At the same time,the HPV vaccine has also attracted widespread attention as an effective means of preventing HPV infection.This article provides a review of the research progress on the mechanism of high-risk HPV infection in cervical cancer in recent years,the status of female infections in China,as well as the vaccination status,existing problems,and future directions of HPV preventive vaccines.
