肝细胞癌(HCC)是全球癌症相关死亡的主要原因之一,其发病机制尚未完全明确.微小核糖核酸(miRNA)作为近年来生物学研究的热点,在肝细胞癌的发生、发展和治疗中发挥着重要作用.本文综述了近年来关于miRNA与肝细胞癌的相关性研究进展,旨在为进一步探讨miRNA在肝细胞癌发病机制及临床应用中的价值提供理论依据.
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),as one of the main causes of global cancer death,its pathogenesis has not yet been fully elucidated.Microribonucleic acid(miRNA),as a hot topic in biological research in recent years,plays an important role in the occurrence,development,and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.Based on this,this article reviews the recent progress in research on the correlation between miRNA and hepatocellular carcinoma,aiming to provide theoretical basis for further exploring the value of miRNA in the pathogenesis and clinical application of hepatocellular carcinoma.
