γδT细胞是一个独特的T细胞亚群,与传统的αβT细胞不同,其T细胞受体(TCR)由γ链和δ链组成.γδT细胞同时具有先天免疫和获得性免疫的性质,在抗肿瘤和抗感染免疫中都发挥着重要作用.γδT细胞作为一种有潜力的肿瘤免疫治疗工具,近年来受到越来越多的关注.本文综述了γδT细胞的主要亚群、γδT细胞识别肿瘤和抗肿瘤的机制,以及γδT细胞在肿瘤免疫治疗中的研究进展.
γδT cells are a distinct subset of T cells whose TCRs consist of γ chains and δ chains,different from conventional αβT cells.γδT cells exhibit characteristics of both innate and adaptive immunity,and play important roles in anti-cancer and anti-infective immunity.γδT cells have recently gained considerable attention as an attractive tool for cancer immunotherapy.This article reviews the main subsets of γδT cells,the mechanisms by which γδ T cells recognize and fight tumors,and the research progress of γδ T cells in tumor immunotherapy.
