摘要
2 型髓系细胞触发受体(TREM2)是主要表达于小胶质细胞的激活受体,研究发现TREM2 与DNAX相关蛋白12(DAP12)结合,可以调控小胶质细胞的激活与极化、降低炎症因子水平、减少神经元损伤.本文对TREM2 及其在阿尔兹海默症、帕金森病、癫痫、缺血性脑卒中和多发性硬化症等多种神经退行性疾病中的作用进行了概述.
Abstract
Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-2(TREM2)is an activating receptor that is predominantly expressed in microglia.Studies have found that TREM2 binds to DNAX-related protein 12(DAP12)to regulate the activation and polarization of microglia,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and reduce neuronal damage.This article provides an overview of TREM2 and its role in a variety of neurodegenerative diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,epilepsy,ischemic stroke,and multiple sclerosis.
