生物体内微塑料提取、分离和鉴定技术研究进展

摘要
微塑料个体小且难降解,可被生物摄入并在体中蓄积,因此微塑料的生物毒性效应是目前的研究热点.生物体内微塑料含量和性质分析是研究微塑料生物毒性效应的重要前提,但目前生物体内微塑料的检测分析方法存在多样性,导致微塑料检出率参差不齐,不同学者的研究结果不易比较.为了优化生物体内微塑料检测技术,提高微塑料检测准确率,奠定微塑料的生物毒性效应研究基础,本文对生物体内微塑检测环节如提取、分离和鉴定步骤进行梳理,并且对比每一环节所采用的不同方法的优缺点,为生物体内微塑料检测标准化提供参考.
Abstract
Microplastics exist in a variety of organisms and cause harm to organisms,so the biological toxicity of microplastics is the current research hotspot.The analysis of the content and properties of microplastics in organisms is the key prerequisite for studying the biological toxicity effects of microplastics.However,the diversity of analytical methods for microplastics in biological samples at present leads to uneven detection rates of microplastics,and different research results are difficult to compare.In order to optimize the detection technology of bioplastics,improve the accuracy of microplastics detection,and lay the foundation for the study of the biotoxicity effects of microplastics,this paper summarizes the commonly used detection methods of microplastics in organisms,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction,separation and identification technologies of microplastics in organisms,and provides a reference for the standardization of microplastics in organisms detection.
