摘要

通过单因素和响应面试验优化喷雾干燥法制备橘皮油微胶囊的工艺条件,并与冷冻干燥法制备的产品进行质量对比.结果表明,喷雾干燥法制备橘皮油微胶囊的最佳条件为进风温度 195℃、进料速度 91.2 mL/min、固含量 34.7%.将该方法条件下制备的产品与冷冻干燥法进行对比,发现喷雾干燥法制备的胶囊呈规则的球形结构,手感细腻,具有密实的囊壁和较高的包埋率,耐热性较好,适用性更高.

Abstract

The process conditions for the preparation of orange peel oil microcapsules by spray drying are optimized by single factor and response surface tests,and the quality of the products prepared by freeze drying is compared with those prepared by freeze-drying method.The results show that the optimal conditions for the preparation of orange peel oil microcapsules by spray drying are as follows:air inlet temperature of 195℃,feed rate of 91.2 mL/min,and solid content of 34.7%.Comparing the products prepared by this method with the freeze-drying method,it is found that the capsules prepared by the spray drying method has a regular spherical structure,delicate hand feel,dense cyst wall and high embedding efficiency,good heat resistance and higher applicability.
