目的:分析黄芪甲苷提取物干预牙周炎模型大鼠对牙周组织炎性损伤的影响.方法:取健康成年的雄性SD大鼠进行造模.采用随机数字表法将大鼠随机分为研究组(造模后注射黄芪甲苷提取物)和对照组(造模后注射氯化钠溶液),比较实验前和实验后两组大鼠探诊深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、炎症因子水平[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-12]和治疗效果.结果:干预后两组大鼠的PD、PLI、SBI、TNF-α含量、IL-6 含量、IL-12 含量显著降低.组间比较发现:黄芪甲苷提取物干预的研究组大鼠PD[(2.26±0.38)mm]、PLI[(0.61±0.15)分]和SBI[(1.38±0.32)分]显著低于对照组大鼠PD[(3.49±0.42)mm]、PLI[(1.52±0.76)分]和SBI[(2.54±0.47)分];研究组大鼠TNF-α[(136.55±5.26)pg/mg]、IL-6[(41.09±2.71)pg/mg]和IL-12[(32.01±4.06)pg/mg]显著低于对照组大鼠TNF-α[(194.26±7.26)pg/mg]、IL-6[(65.39±4.28)pg/mg]和IL-12[(45.03±5.00)pg/mg];研究组治疗总有效率(93.62%)显著高于对照组(82.98%).结论:黄芪甲苷提取物可以减轻大鼠牙周炎模型的炎症损伤,降低探诊深度、菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数,值得进一步在牙周炎治疗中探究其临床应用价值.
Effect of Astragaloside Extract on Periodontal Tissue Injury in Periodontitis Model Rats
Objective:To analyze the effects of astragaloside extract on periodontal tissue injury in periodontitis model rats.Methods:A total of 94 healthy adult male SD rats are selected for modeling.The rats are randomly divided into study group(injection of astragaloside extract after modeling)and control group(injection of sodium chloride solution after modeling)by random number table method.Probing depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),Inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-12]and therapeutic effect of the two groups are compared before and after the experiment.Results:After intervention,the contents of PD,PLI,SBI,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-12 in the two groups of rats are significantly reduced.Comparison between groups found that the PD[(2.26±0.38)mm],PLI[(0.61±0.15)value]and SBI[(1.38±0.32)value]of the group treated with astragaloside extract are significantly lower than those of the control group,the index values of which are respectively(3.49±0.42)mm,(1.52±0.76)value and(2.54±0.47)value;the value of TNF-α[(136.55±5.26)pg/mg],IL-6[(41.09±2.71)pg/mg]and IL-12[(32.01±4.06)pg/mg]in study group are significantly lower than those in control group,the index values of which are respectively(194.26±7.26)pg/mg,(65.39±4.28)pg/mg and(45.03±5.00)pg/mg;the total effective rate of the study group(93.62%)is significantly higher than that of the control group(82.98%).Conclusion:Astragaloside extract can reduce the inflammatory damage,periodontal probing depth,plaque index and sulcus bleeding index in the rat periodontitis model,so its clinical application value should be further explored in the treatment of periodontitis.
