Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(CRP)from different cultivars, which will serve as a foundation for identifying their original source. Methods:The fingerprints of CRP are established by HPLC,and the characteristic peaks are identified using reference materials and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology. Results:In the fingerprint spectra of 47 batches of collected materials,a total of 14 distinctive peaks are calibrated,5 of which are characteristic peaks(identification by mass spectrometry)and 9 of which are shared peaks(3 shared peaks are identified through comparison with reference materials). Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprinting method can effectively differentiate Citrus reticulata'Unshiu'from other cultivars, which provides reference for the identification of different cultivars of CRP.
