摘要
为了探究谷氨酰胺干预对烫伤小鼠免疫功能的影响,本文采用昆明小鼠(SPF级)作为实验动物,构建烫伤模型,随机分为 4 组(空白对照组、给药对照组、烫伤建模组和烫伤建模给药组),对各组小鼠灌胃给予谷氨酰胺溶液[10 mg/(kg·d)]20 d后,通过迟发型变态反应、免疫脏器指数及血清免疫球蛋白测定,对烫伤小鼠免疫功能进行综合评估.结果表明,与空白对照组和烫伤建模组相比,使用谷氨酰胺后小鼠的足趾肿胀度显著降低(p<0.05),小鼠免疫脏器指数明显提高(p<0.05),小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白浓度水平提高(p<0.05).表明谷氨酰胺可促进免疫功能的恢复,可为烫伤患者的临床营养治疗提供基础数据和理论指导,并为临床合理选用免疫营养制剂提供参考,具有重要的实际价值和研究意义.
Abstract
In order to explore the effect of L-glutamine intervention on the immune function of scald mice,Kunming mice(SPF grade)are used as experimental animals to construct a scald model,which is randomly divided into 4 groups(blank control group,administration control group,scald modeling group and scald modeling administration group),and the mice in each group are given L-glutamine solution[10 mg/(kg·d)]by gavage for 20 days,and the immune function of scald mice is comprehensively evaluated by delayed allergic reaction,immune organ index and serum immunoglobulin measurement.The results show that compared with the blank control group and the scald modeling group,the toe swelling of mice is significantly reduced(p<0.05),the immune organ index is significantly increased(p<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin concentration level is increased(p<0.05).That is,L-glutamine can promote the recovery of immune function,provide basic data and theoretical guidance for the clinical nutrition treatment of burn patients,and provide a reference for the rational selection of immunonutrition preparations in clinical practice,which has important practical value and research significance.
